Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Surekha AI Services website or WhatsApp number. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About us

Surekha AI Services (Pune, Maharashtra, India) runs a PG enquiry & booking service in Pune, and provides WhatsApp booking assistant and missed-call auto reply services to PG owners.

2. For people looking for a PG

  • We help you get details of listed PGs and book visits. This service is free for people looking for a PG.
  • We do not own or run any PG. Rent, vacancy, food, rules and photos are provided by the PG owner. Please confirm everything on your visit before paying anything.
  • Any stay, deposit, rent or agreement is between you and the PG. We are not a party to it.
  • When you agree, we share your enquiry with the PG you asked about (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Please do not send Aadhaar or other ID numbers, card numbers or bank details in WhatsApp chat. The PG will tell you how to share ID documents for police tenant verification.

3. WhatsApp messages

  • Messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 96994 22681 is a request for PG details on WhatsApp from Surekha AI Services. If you give a missed call to a partner PG, you may get an SMS from that PG's phone with a link to message us; nothing is shared with us unless you then message us.
  • We send booking confirmations and reminders only for visits you asked for. We send offers or vacancy alerts only if you say YES to them separately.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply AGENT to talk to a person.
  • Our assistant answers questions about PG listings and bookings only. It is automated and may make mistakes. A person is available on +91 96994 22681 during Mon–Sat, 9 AM–9 PM (IST).

4. For PG owners (PG partners)

  • Paid services, fees and the free trial are covered by a separate written agreement with each PG partner. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
  • You must keep your listing accurate and up to date.
  • Listings and replies must not state preferences for or against people based on religion, caste, community, race, or similar grounds.
  • You must use enquiries you receive only for that enquiry, follow the law (including police tenant-verification rules), and delete an enquirer's details if they ask.
  • We can pause or remove a listing that breaks these rules or gets repeated complaints.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use our service to send spam, false information, abusive messages, or anything illegal. Do not try to misuse or disrupt our systems.

6. Third-party services

Our service depends on WhatsApp (Meta), telecom and other providers. We try to keep things running, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for outages of those providers.

7. Responsibility

We provide the enquiry service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the condition of any PG, for what a PG owner says or does, or for disputes between enquirers and PGs. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
